After graduating from the University of St Andrews, Julie spent 15 years working for a market leading security company, progressing into business growth and account development roles, culminating in managing some of their largest clients. Julie went on to work in senior positions with some of the largest security companies in the UK. As well as being an active member of ASIS International and The Security Institute Julie is Deputy Chair (Northern Region) for the Institute of Workplace and Facilities Management (IWFM).

Rafaqat, an ACCA-certified accountant with MSc in Financial Management has vast experience in financial planning, risk analysis, budgeting, and forecasting. He monitors all the financial systems and policies and maintains the relationships with the financial team of the clients. Rafaqat is a strong believer in technology and automation in the finance function and since joining in 2018, has helped Bold in improving financial reporting standards, cash flow management, and value creation for our clients through the implementation of a smooth financial system.
With over 10 years of experience within the security sector, Owais has provided security service management to some of London's most iconic venues which include The Royal Albert Hall, O2 Arena, Wembley Stadium, Somerset House, and Alexandra Palace. Owais has a wealth of knowledge and experience in security management, mitigating security challenges, and tailored security solutions. He continues to effectively manage the team and promote the highest standards to all our officers.

Dave is a strategic thinker with proven organisational and financial skills who works well under pressure. Dave has a wealth of experience in both public and private sectors. He also brings 12 years' service in the armed forces including three operational tours.
Rav has worked in the security industry for nearly 18 years now and started his career as a corporate officer for a national company. Due to his hard work and dedication, he was soon moved into management roles and has been regional manager for various organizations. He joined Bold Security in 2018 and since then involved in various government sector contracts.
A senior business professional with 36 years' experience in the security industry, gained in both public and private sectors. Held various roles within the manned guarding industry, security advisor within the facilities management industry, project manager for electronic security installations, and a lead auditor for event and security companies. He is an active member of Security Institute MSyl and holds professional qualifications including NEBOSH, Diploma in Leadership and Management, and Diploma in Crowd Science & Risk Analysis. A passionate people person who takes pride in providing the best service to clients whilst being a team player.
Muazzam completed his MBA in 2016 and has vast experience in the FM sector where his administration skills and experiences proved invaluable. Since joining as our Operations Support Manager in 2019 Muazzam has made huge contributions to all aspects of our operations and currently is leading a project which is, part of a critical National Infrastructure.
